Check-in for racers closes at 4:00 p.m. Late Fees: A $10 late fee for Juniors and a $15 late fee for all others will be added to ALL online & mailed entries postdated after Feb 17, 2012. REFUNDS: A $15 processing fee will be retained on all pre-registered entries who cancel prior to Feb 26, 2012. No Refunds after February 26, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS. JR. RACERS: Boys and Girls will race together in their respective categories but be scored separately as part of Junior Olympic Road Race Series COLLEGIATE RACERS: No points on offer this year. FIELD LIMITS: 100 per USA Cycling category except Cat V Men (50). If more than 50 Cat V men wish to register, there may be two categories made.
